Remote Pre-Survey Support is an add-on service for buyers who have already purchased the correct TrueNorth Survey-Prep Guide for the yacht they’re inspecting. The guide must be bought and reviewed first. It gives you the structure, the photo angles, the checklists, and the terminology we rely on when evaluating the material you send us.
Once you’ve completed the guide-driven walkthrough and gathered the required photos and video, this service steps in.
You will receive:

We complete your evaluation. Within 7 days (usually within 72 hours), you receive a structured written assessment covering condition indicators, red-flag areas, and negotiation insights.
